All sales are final once we cut the chain. Prior to cutting the chain we ensure you are happy with the fit of the piece.

If you need a repair, please contact us so we can make an assessment on the chain. If it is broken at the jump ring then we can re-weld it for you at no charge.  If it is broken anywhere else and cannot be repaired then we will offer a discount on a new chain. 

We do not offer replacements on lost pieces.

The $55 event deposit is equal to our lowest-priced bracelet and will be applied toward your purchase at your event.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled event, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or transfer it to a new event date, subject to availability. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
