Shine Like June Permanent Jewelry Policies

---

All sales are final once we cut the chain. Prior to cutting the chain we ensure you are happy with the fit of the piece. No returns or refunds. However, every purchase comes with a Lifetime Warranty.

Accidents happen! If your jewelry needs a fix, reach out to us so we can assess the damage. Our goal is to get you back to sparkling, whether through a free repair or a 15% discount on a new chain.

We do not offer refunds or replacements on lost pieces.

All jewelry purchased from Shine Like June includes a Lifetime Warranty. This means unlimited rewelds and repairs at no cost to you.

There may be times you need to remove your jewelry, need a resize, or want to change placement of the chain. Also, accidents happen, and if your jewelry needs a fix then we can assess the damage and repair it, if possible. If we are unable to repair your jewelry then we offer a 15% discount on a new chain.

Lost chains are not covered under warranty.

The $55 event deposit is equal to our lowest-priced bracelet and will be applied toward your purchase at your event.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled event, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or transfer it to a new event date, subject to availability. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be respectful of our time :)
