We are located in Port Charlotte, FL and will travel anywhere between Sarasota and Fort Myers with a maximum of a hour travel time.
To secure your date, there is a $50 deposit that will be applied towards your purchase the date of the event. It is non-refundable if the event is canceled within 24 hours of the secured date. We don’t charge for you to have us at your party or event, we only ask that there be at least 5 there who are planning to purchase jewelry. This ensures that our travel and time for set up is covered.
Both 14k gold-fill and .925 sterling silver are very durable materials and will last a lifetime if taken care of. We will provide you with jewelry care tips to maintain the quality of your chain.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
All sales are final once we cut the chain. Prior to cutting the chain we ensure you are happy with the fit of the piece.
We do not offer replacement on lost pieces. If your chain falls off then please contact us.
If you need a repair, please contact us so we can make an assessment on the chain.
We ensure that there are no issues with the chain and that it is fully welded together before you leave. However, if it happens to break then we offer a free repair. If the chain cannot be repaired then we offer a 15% discount on a new chain.
If you need to remove your jewelry then simply cut it off with nail clippers or scissors at the jump ring and store it in a plastic ziplock bag. We will re-weld it for you at no charge.

We recommend adding a clasp for children so that their jewelry can be kept as a keepsake or removed easily when needed.
